Hospital Ana Nery, a leading healthcare reference in the state of Bahia for high-complexity procedures, is a large general unit providing tertiary care. It offers inpatient services both on a spontaneous demand and through referrals across the entire state. The hospital specializes in Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Clinical and Surgical Cardiology (adult and pediatric), Vascular Surgery (adult), Nephrology, Kidney Transplantation, and Intensive Care.

To enhance patient care and strategically improve processes in other departments, such as administration and finance, across the organization.

Solution

In 2008, Hospital Ana Nery began using the Pixeon Smart hospital management system, a solution certified with the highest level of maturity and security by SBIS – the Brazilian Society of Health Informatics. With this tool, the hospital can operate efficiently in key areas such as patient care, nursing, inpatient management, and administrative operations.


Among the solutions implemented is our PACS system, Pixeon Aurora, which has been recognized four times as Best in KLAS – Latin America. It is designed to support the complete healthcare workflow, from exam acquisition to diagnosis.

Em 2008, o Hospital Ana Nery passou a utilizar o sistema de gestão para hospitais, Pixeon Smart, ferramenta que pode ser utilizada em setores de atendimento, enfermagem, internação e gestão administrativa.


Dentre as funcionalidades utilizadas há o nosso sistema PACS, o Pixeon Aurora, reconhecido 4 vezes como Best in KLAS - Latin America, com o objetivo de atender todo o fluxo de trabalho das equipes de saúde, que vai desde a aquisição do exame até o diagnóstico.


Outro serviço adotado pelo Ana Nery é o Prontuário Eletrônico (PEP), uma tecnologia utilizada em instituições de saúde para o registro, o armazenamento e o controle digital das informações dos pacientes.
